Steam Kabab

Ingredients:

  • Mince                                    ½ kg
  • Onion                                    1
  • Ginger                                   1 piece
  • Garlic paste                          2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves                  ¼ bunch
  • Green chilies                        6
  • Crushed black pepper         1 tbsp
  • Salt                                        to taste
  • Oil                                          3 – 4 tbsp

 

Method:

 

  1. In chopper put together ½ kg mince, 1 chopped onion, 1 piece of ginger, 2 tbsp garlic paste
  2. Add ¼ bunch of coriander leaves, 6 green chilies, 1 tbsp crushed black pepper, salt to taste and chopperize finely.
  3. Remove mixture in a bowl.
  4. Now greases your hands with a little oil, make small kababs with the mixture.
  5. Shallow fry with 3 – 4 tbsp oil. Then put the fried kabab in steamer.
  6. Cover and cook for 10 – 12 minutes.
  7. Garnish with ginger juliennes and coriander leaves. Serve with chutney.
