Ingredients:
- All Purpose Flour or Flour 300 grams
- Yeast 1-1/2 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Butter 1 cup
- Clarified Butter as required
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Take a luke warm water add 1-1/2 tsp of yeast,1 tsp of sugar mix it well
- When yeast mixture is raised add it into an another mixing bowl
- Add 300 grams of all purpose flour or flour, to taste salt
- Add 1 cup of butter and mix it well with water or milk to make a dough and leave it for 2-3 hours.
- Now take it out the dough, fold the dough and make a small balls the roll it and make marks with help of fork.
- Now place the naans on preheated oven and bake it for 8-10 minutes.
- When its done and nicely golden brown brushing with clarified butter and bake it for 1-2 minutes.
- At last take it out in a serving platter and serve it hot.
