Ingredients:
- Carrot 1
- Capsicum 1
- Egg 2
- Potatoes 3
- Green chilies 2 – 3
- Button mushroom 4 – 6
- Bread crumbs 1 cup
- Parsley ¼ bunch
- Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
- White pepper powder ¼ tsp
- Oil for fry
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Boil the potatoes and mash well
- Add carrot, capsicum, parsley and chopped green chilies
- Then add salt, black pepper with white pepper and mix well
- Shape them into rolls and dip in eggs
- Roll it in bread crumbs and fry till golden
