Khobani Ka Meetha Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

Water 1 cup

Fresh Tetra Pack Cream 1 packet

Dried Apricot  250g

Almonds for garnishing

Sugar  3 tbsp

INGREDIENTS FOR CUSTARD:

Milk  1 liter

Sugar ½ cup

Milk ½ cup

Vanilla Custard Powder 4 tbsp

METHOD:

Soak 250g dried apricot for 6 hours and take out the seeds. Now cook it in 1 cup water and 3 tbsp sugar. Boil 1 liter milk and ½ cup sugar. When milk starts to boil then add 4 tbsp vanilla custard powder and mix it in ½ cup milk and cook it until it becomes thick and take it out and cool it.

In a glass bowl, make a layer of apricot mixture and put the custard on it. Then make a layer of fresh cream and garnish it with almonds and cool it. Serve.
