Zetoon Murgh Chawal

Ingredients:

Sela Rice 300 grams

Chicken With Bone  500 grams

Chopped Garlic 2 tbsp

Chopped Tomatoes  2

Chopped Onion 1

Crushed Black Pepper  1 tsp

Olives ½ cup

Lemon Juice 2 tbsp

Pickled Peppers 5-6

Olive Oil  2-3 tbsp

Salt to taste

Mixture Of Nuts(Roasted) For garnishing

 

Method:

Take 300 grams of rice clean and wash it the rice and soak it 2-3 hours and set aside. Boil the rice hand  strain it and set a side. Now take a cooking pan add 2-3 tbsp of olive oil,2 tbsp of ginger garlic paste and 1 fry onion. Now add 500 grams of chicken with bone fry then add 2 tomatoes, 1 tsp of crushed black pepper, 5-6 pickled peppers and a pinch of salt mix it well add as required water now add 300 grams of boil rice, ½ cup of olives 2 tbsp of lemon juice mix it well and steam the rice. When the rice is done take out on the serving platter garnish with mixture of nuts and serve it hot.
