Ingredients:
- Mutton mince 750 gm (coarsely chopped)
- Yogurt 2 cups whipped
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Tandoori masala 1 packet
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Coriander chopped ½ bunch
- Green chilies chopped 4
- Brown onion 1 cup
- Rice boil in 2tbsp salt 750 gm
- Tomato 1 sliced
- Boiled egg cut into wedges 2
- Oil ¾ cup
Method:
- Marinate mince with all the above ingredients for 1 hour.
- Heat oil, add marinated mince with brown onion
- Now cover and cook for 20 mins till mince tender and oil comes on top
- Put chopped hara masala in it and tomato sliced.
- Now in a pan spread half quantity of boiled rice, top with mince and remaining rice, give dum of coal
- Leave it on dum for 15 mins, mix well and serve.
