Mathar Recipe

Ingredients:

 

  • Wheat flour 750 gm
  • Edible gum 200 gm
  • Gurr 2 glasses chopped
  • Caster sugar ½ cup
  • Ghee 2 ½ cups
  • Dry grated coconut 1 cup
  • Almonds sliced ½ cup
  • Pistachios sliced ½ cup

 

Method:

  1.  Heat half quantity ghee, fry edible gum, remove
  2. Add gurr to that ghee, and in the left over ghee
  3. Add wheat flour and bhuno on low flame for 15 mins.
  4. Now mix everything together
  5. Save in an airtight jar and use as required.
