Ingredients:
- Spinach 2bunches
- Chickpea lentil 2cups
- Yogurt 2cups
- Onions sliced 2large
- Garlic 1tbsp
- Ginger 1tbsp
- Fenugreek leaves 2tbsp
- Red chili powder 1tbsp
- Turmeric 1tsp
- Cumin 2tbsp
- Coriander 2tbsp
- Oil 1cup
- Salt 1tsp
Method:
- In a pot add spinach and cook it for 5mins covered and grind.
- Now in a separate pot add onions to fry and after that fry ginger and garlic.
- After that add chickpea lentil, spinach, red chili powder
- Add yogurt, coriander and cumin to cook for 5mins.
- Now add fenugreek leaves to cook for 10mins and serve.
