Ingredients:
- Flour 2cups
- Semolina 1cup
- Baking soda 1/2tsp
- Salt 1/2tsp
- Sugar 1/2tsp
- Yogurt 1/2cup
- Oil as required
Method:
- Soak semolina in water for 20mins and set it aside.
- Now in a bowl add flour, salt and sweet soda to filter.
- Then add sugar, soaked semolina and yogurt in warm water to knead and roll.
- After a while apply oil by hands and knead it again till it the dough gets soft and gets set.
- Now add oil and wrap it in polythein bag and set it at a warm place for 3-4hours.
- After that make 8-10 balls from the dough and shape it in cylindrical form
- Now deep fry it till they are golden brown to serve.
