Afghani Aalu Bhindi Gosht

Ingredients:

 

  • Boil meat      ½ kg
  • Lady finger   250gm
  • Potatoes       ½ kg
  • Onion                        2
  • Green chilies 4
  • Turmeric       1tsp
  • Salt                 1tsp
  • Garlic             1tsp
  • Boil tomatoes          6
  • Oil                   ½ cup
  • Red chili powder 1tsp

 

Method:

  1. Cut potatoes and fry then remove, now in the same oil fry onions, then blend tomatoes and onions
  2. Now add this paste in the same pan add this mixture then salt , garlic
  3. Add turmeric and red chili powder now roast
  4. Then add meat green chilies , and potatoes roast well
  5. Now add lady finger , lastly add 2 cups of water and cook for 30 min then serve .
