Chili Pickle Kabab

Ingredients:

  • German Chillies 10
  • Mince ½ kg
  • Egg1
  • Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
  • Green Chillies 4
  • Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Garlic Paste 2 tsp
  • Achar Masala 1 packet
  • Mayonnaise ½ cup
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Egg White of one egg
  • Onion 1
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp

Method:

  1. In a chopper add mince, coriander leaves, onion, chillies, black pepper, salt, garlic paste and chopped well.
  2. Now add egg and mix.
  3. Then in a bowl add achar masala, mayyonise , cream and mix.
  4. Now cut the chillies in the center and fill it the mixture.
  5. Then coat in mince and dip in egg white.
  6. In the end, spread oil with the help from brush and bake it 180c for half an hour.
