Ingredients:
- German Chillies 10
- Mince ½ kg
- Egg1
- Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
- Green Chillies 4
- Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Garlic Paste 2 tsp
- Achar Masala 1 packet
- Mayonnaise ½ cup
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Egg White of one egg
- Onion 1
- Oil 2-3 tbsp
Method:
- In a chopper add mince, coriander leaves, onion, chillies, black pepper, salt, garlic paste and chopped well.
- Now add egg and mix.
- Then in a bowl add achar masala, mayyonise , cream and mix.
- Now cut the chillies in the center and fill it the mixture.
- Then coat in mince and dip in egg white.
- In the end, spread oil with the help from brush and bake it 180c for half an hour.
