Ingredients:
- For Koftay
- Boneless Chicken ½ kg
- Onion1
- Green Chillies 6
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
- Garlic 2 tsp
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Ingredients For Gravy
- Onions 250 gms
- Yogurt 250 gms
- Cream ½ cup
- Butter 50 gms
- Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Red Chillies (crushed) 2 tsp
- Oil ½ cup
Method:
- For koftay:
- In a chopper add all the given ingredients, chopped well and make the koftay.
- Then heat oil add koftay fry and take it out.
- For gravy:
- Heat oil and butter add onion and take it out.
- Now in a blender, add yogurt, garam masala powder cream, salt, red chillies and blended well.
- Then in the remaining oil add masala, koftay and cook.
- After this, when boil comes add 1-1/2 cup of water and cook for 10 minutes.
- Removes from the stove.
