Ingredients:
- Chicken Boneless 300 gms
- Green Peas (boiled) 1-1/2 cup
- Potatoes (boiled) 2 cup
- Rice 750 gms
- Finely Chopped Onion 2
- Tomatoes 3
- Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
- Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
- Mix Whole Garam Masala 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Red Chilli Powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Turmeric ¾ tsp
- Green Chillies 5-6
- Mustard Oil ½ cup
- Oil 4 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil, add onion and fry.
- Now add mix whole garam masala and ginger garlic paste.
- Then add tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric and fry.
- After this, add chicken, water and let it cook.
- Now fry well add boiled green peas, water and cook untill boil.
- Then give simmer for rice, in the end, add coriander leaves, green chillies and mix.
- After 10 minutes take it out in a dish.
