Aalu Mater Chicken Ki Tahiri

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Boneless 300 gms
  • Green Peas (boiled) 1-1/2 cup
  • Potatoes (boiled) 2 cup
  • Rice 750 gms
  • Finely Chopped Onion 2
  • Tomatoes 3
  • Coriander Leaves ½ bunch
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
  • Mix Whole Garam Masala 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tbsp
  • Red Chilli Powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric ¾ tsp
  • Green Chillies 5-6
  • Mustard Oil ½ cup
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil, add onion and fry.
  2.  Now add mix whole garam masala and ginger garlic paste.
  3. Then add tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric and fry.
  4. After this, add chicken, water and let it cook.
  5. Now fry well add boiled green peas, water and cook  untill boil.
  6. Then give simmer for rice, in the end, add coriander leaves, green chillies and mix.
  7. After 10 minutes take it out in  a dish.
