Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless 1/2kg
- Onion slices 1 large
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Ginger slices 2 tbsp
- Fenugreek 2 tbsp
- Cream 1 cup
- Red chilli powder 1-1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Yogurt 2 cups
- All spices powder 1 tsp
- Black cardamom 2
Method:
- Heat oil fry onion and garlic .now chicken add and fry 1 min. then red chili powder
- Add turmeric, black cardamom and salt mix and fry on high flame for 5 minutes
- After this 2 cup of water add when it’s come to boil then further cook for 5 minutes .
- Now yogurt and fenugreek add and cook for 5 minutes .
- Finally add cream and ginger mix 2 mint cook then remove from and serve.
