Ingredients:
- Mutton boneless 1 kg small cubes
- Ginger garlic pate 3 tbsp
- White vinegar 3 tbsp
- Chili powder 2 tbsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1½ tsp
- Cream 3 tbsp
- Cheddar cheese 3 tbsp grated
- All spice 1 tsp heaped
- Cumin powder 1 tsp heaped
- Saffron ¼ tsp
- Kasuri methi 1 tsp
- Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Method:
- Wash mutton cut into 2 inch cubes
- Marinate with all the given ingredients for 1 hour.
- Put meat on skewers and roast in a pre-heated oven or BBQ brushing with oil
- Serve garnish with line lemon wedges.
