Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless ½ kg
- Ginger paste 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder ½ tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Green chili (chopped) 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes 4-5
- Oil for frying
- Onion 1
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Fresh coriander ¼ bunches
- Potatoes 3
- Black pepper as required
Method:
- In a copper boneless chicken, ginger garlic paste and large onion add
- 2 to 3 times stir spoon and mixture roast well
- Now add salt, red chili powder, coriander powder and soy sauce add and mix well and then make long kabab .
- Now in a pan heat oil and fry long kabab and fry potatoes and fry till than golden brown
- Then add chopped onions, tomato few salt and black pepper mix and cook till than soft .
- Finally sprinkling green coriander and delicious irani kabab serve with naan and chutney.
