Ingredients:
- White pomfret 750 gm (3 to 4)
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Chili powder 3 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Black pepper powder ½ tsp
- Cumin roasted n crushed 1 tsp heaped
- Salt 1½ tsp
- Rice flour 2 tbsp
- Oil for frying
Method:
- In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together except fish and oil, mix well
- If the masala is very thick, add 1 to 2 tbsp of water
- Coat the fish with this masala and leave it for 1 hour
- Now heat oil, fry fish on both sides until done
- Serve with lemon wedges.
