Besani Fried Chicken

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg 12 pcs
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp heaped
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 4 grinded
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Ingredients for Coating
  • Self raising flour 4 tbsp
  • Gram flour  ½ cup
  • Milk ¼ cup
  • Eggs 2
  • All spice ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp

 

Method:

  1. Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients for 2 hours.
  2. In a bowl mix self-rising flour, besan, salt and all spice, beat eggs and milk
  3. Now roll chicken pieces in flour mixture, dip in egg and milk mixture, roll again in flour mixture
  4. Deep fry for 20 mins until light golden and tender.
  5. Serve immediately.
