Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg 12 pcs
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp heaped
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Green chilies 4 grinded
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Ingredients for Coating
- Self raising flour 4 tbsp
- Gram flour ½ cup
- Milk ¼ cup
- Eggs 2
- All spice ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
Method:
- Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients for 2 hours.
- In a bowl mix self-rising flour, besan, salt and all spice, beat eggs and milk
- Now roll chicken pieces in flour mixture, dip in egg and milk mixture, roll again in flour mixture
- Deep fry for 20 mins until light golden and tender.
- Serve immediately.
