Ingredients:
- Gram flour 2 cups
- Water 1-1/2 cup
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Oil for frying
- For masala:
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Curry leaves 15-20
- Chaat masala 1 tbsp
Method:
- Add water in gram flour and dissolve well then add oil and beat well.
- Now heat oil and with the spoon having holes fry boondiyan.
- Now in the same oil fry curry leaves and add in boondiyaan also add chaat masala and fill in bottle.
- Before use soak in thin yogurt and pour thick yogurt over it.
