Besan ki Boondiyan

Ingredients:

  • Gram flour                          2 cups
  • Water                                   1-1/2 cup
  • Oil                                           2 tbsp
  • Oil                                           for frying
  • For masala:
  • Oil                                           2 tbsp
  • Curry leaves                       15-20
  • Chaat masala                     1 tbsp

Method:

  1. Add water in gram flour and dissolve well then add oil and beat well.
  2. Now heat oil and with the spoon having holes fry boondiyan.
  3. Now in the same oil fry curry leaves and add in boondiyaan also add chaat masala and fill in bottle.
  4. Before use soak in thin yogurt  and pour thick yogurt over it.
