Ingredients:
- Shell pasta (boiled) ½ packet
- Chana (boiled) 1 ½ cup
- Potato (boiled) 1 cup
- Onion sliced 1 (large)
- Papri crushed 3 pcs
- Yogurt 1 ½ cup
- Tamarind paste 5 tbsp
- Chaat masala 1 tbsp
- Coriander chopped 2 tbsp
- Crush chili 1 tsp
- Mayonnaise 3 tbsp
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- cumin 1 tbsp
- Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
Method:
- For tamarind chutney:
- Mix,tamarind paste, ½ tsp salt, cumin, coriander, sugar and ½ of water, set aside.
- Mix mayonnaise, yogurt and ½ tsp salt.
- In a bowl place the paste top with chana, potato, onion, coriander seeds.
- Cover with yogurt, tamarind chutney, chaat masala and crushed chili and serve.
