Aalu Subzi
Ingredients:
½ kg Boiled Potatoes
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
Garam Masala 1 tsp
Amchur Powder 1 tsp
Finely Chopped Green Chilies 3-4
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Oil: 1 tbsp
Pickling Spices
Whole Fennel ½ teaspoon
Whole Fenugreek Seeds ½ teaspoon
Whole Onion Seeds ½ teaspoons
Crushed Red Pepper: ½ teaspoon.
Turmeric Powder: 1 teaspoon

Procedure:

Make small pieces of boiled potatoes.
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds when they crackle add all spices and ginger garlic paste. Fry for a minute.
Then add potato cubes. Mix everything well. Add small quantity of warm water. Cook this for 10 to 12 minutes and serve hot with kachori.
