Ingredients:
- Mash potatoes 1 kg
- Mozzarella cheese ½ kg cut into fingers
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Green chilies finely chopped 4
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Salt ¾ tsp
- Chat masala ½ tsp
- Eggs 2 beaten
- Bread crumbs 2 cups
Method:
- Peel, boil and mash potatoes.
- Add in seasonings with chopped greens .
- Cut mozzarella cheese into sticks.
- Wrap mozzarella sticks in mashed potatoes, dip in beaten egg.
- Then bread crumbs, again in egg and crumbs
- Chill for 1 hour and deep fry, serve immediately.
