Koyla Murgh

Ingredients:

  • Chicken                                                ½ kg
  • Green chilies                      6
  • Cardamom                          4
  • Whole black pepper       1 tsp
  • Cumin                                   2 tsp
  • Whole coriander              1 tsp
  • Turmeric                              1 tsp
  • Tomatoes                            250 gram
  • Onion                                    2
  • Soy sauce                            1 tbsp
  • Vinegar                                                1 tbsp
  • Chopped garlic                  1 tbsp
  • Salt                                         1 tsp
  • Oil                                           ½ cup
  • Coal                                       1 piece

Method:

  1. Put soy sauce, vinegar and little salt on chicken and steam it.
  2. When chicken get tender then turn off the flame.
  3. Heat oil in pan add garlic when aroma comes add chopped onion.
  4. Then spread chicken pieces add green chilies, cardamom
  5. Add black pepper, cumin, coriander, tomato and salt and let it cook on low flame covered for ½ an hour.
  6. When water gets dries then give coal smoke.
