Ingredients:
- Chicken ½ kg
- Green chilies 6
- Cardamom 4
- Whole black pepper 1 tsp
- Cumin 2 tsp
- Whole coriander 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Tomatoes 250 gram
- Onion 2
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Coal 1 piece
Method:
- Put soy sauce, vinegar and little salt on chicken and steam it.
- When chicken get tender then turn off the flame.
- Heat oil in pan add garlic when aroma comes add chopped onion.
- Then spread chicken pieces add green chilies, cardamom
- Add black pepper, cumin, coriander, tomato and salt and let it cook on low flame covered for ½ an hour.
- When water gets dries then give coal smoke.
