Mix Achar Hyderabadi

Ingredients:

  • Raw Mango                        ½ kg
  • Slice Carrot                         ½ kg
  • Lemon                                  2 pieces
  • Green Chili                          1cup
  • Garlic                                     4 pieces
  • For Species:
  • Red Chili Powder              1tbsp
  • Mustards Seeds                               1tsp
  • Fenugreek                          1tsp
  • Nigella Seeds                     1tsp
  • Lemon Juices                     ½ cup
  • Garlic Powder                    1tsp
  • Ginger Powder                 1tsp
  • White Vinegar                   1tsp
  • Turmeric                              1tsp
  • Tamarind Paste                 1tsp
  • Salt                                         as required
  • Oil                                           for  frying

Method:

  1. Cut om raw mangoes,Green,Chilies set a side.fry garlic in oil.
  2. Roast fenugreek and grind well.add red chili powder.
  3. Add negella seed,lemon juice,ginger powder,garlic paste,turmeric.
  4. Add salt,white vinegar  and tamarind paste  in chopped raw mangoes ,carrot add all spices.
  5. Heat oil in pan.add mustard,cumin,whole red chilies and garlic for baghar .
  6. Then add in achar..keep for 3-4 days.
