Ingredients:
- Capsicum 1 cut into cubes and fried
- Onion 1 cut like shashlik and fried
- Potatoes 4 cut in fingers and fried till golden
- Oil ¼ cup
- Green chilies 2 julienne
- Green chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt ¾ tsp
- Sweet chili sauce 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce 1tbsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Ginger garlic ½ tsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat oil, add ginger garlic paste, green chilies
- Add garlic sauce with little water, add in all the rest with fried veggies
- Cook for 5 mins, toss well.
- Serve garnished with coriander leaves.
