Ingredients:
- Yogurt 1 kg
- Milk ½ cup
- Sugar 250 gm
- Chopped Almonds 3 tbsp
- Chopped Pistachio 3 tbsp
Method:
- Put 1 kg yogurt in a cloth and hang it for ½ an hour.
- In a bowl, add yogurt, 250 gm sugar and beat it.
- Add in ½ cup Milk.
- Add in 3 tbsp chopped Almonds and 3 tbsp chopped Pistachio. Blend everything together.
- Keep it in the freezer. Serve chilled.
