Ingredients:
- Beef ½ kg
- Finely Chopped Cauliflower 1
- Crushed Red Chilies 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Finely Chopped Onions 2
- Finely Chopped Green Chilies 4
- Finely Chopped Green Coriander 1 bunch
- Finely Chopped Ginger 2 tbsp
- Oil 1 cup
Method:
- Heat 1 cup oil and add 2 finely chopped onions in it and make them brown.
- Now add 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp crushed red chilies.
- Add1 tsp turmeric powder and cook for a while after adding water in it.
- Then add ½ kg beef in it.
- When the water of the beef evaporates, and then add 1 finely chopped cauliflower and 2 finely chopped green chilies.
- When the water of the cauliflower evaporates, then cook it.
- In the end, add 2 green chilies, 2 tbsp finely chopped ginger garlic.
- Add 1 bunch green coriander and put it on simmer for 5 minutes.
- Delicious cauliflower is ready.
