Ingredients:
- Chicken 1kg
- Lemons 2
- Chopped Green Chilies 4
- Tikka Masala 1 Packet
- Crushed Black Pepper 1 tsp
- Roasted Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Oil as required
- Salt to taste.
Method:
- Wash 1 kg Chicken
- In a bowl, add in 1 packet tikka Masala, lemon juice.
- Add ginger garlic paste, salt and roasted cumin powder and cook it till the water dries.
- Grease the pan and give it a color from both the sides.
- Add in ½ cup fresh cream
- Add in onions, tamarind chutney and serve.
