MANGOLIAN BEEF
INGREDIENTS:
Beef Under Cut 1 Kg
Mushroom 1 Cup
Bean 1 Cup
Carrot 1
Onion 1
Spring Onion 2
Soya Sauce 3 Tbsp
Brownsuggar 1tsp
Seasame 1tbsp
Corn Flour 2 Tbsp
Chopped Ginger And Garlic 2 Tsp
Salt 1/2tsp
Broth 1 Cup
Ground Black Pepper 1tsp
Oyster Sauce 2 Tsp
Oil 2 Tbsp
Mehod:
Cut 1 kilo of beef undercut into long stips.Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and fry the beef.In the remaining oil fry the rest of the ingredients 1 cup mushroom, 1 cup bean, 1 carrot, 1 onion and 2 spring onion.Next , add the chopped ginger and garlic and fry slightly and add the chicken stock. Now add 3 tbsp soya sauce, 1tsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp seasame,1/2 tsp salt ,1tsp ground black pepper and add 2 tsp oyster sauce.
Add the fried beef and vegetables. Once it comes to a boil, add 2 tbsp corn flour dissolved in a little water.
