Ingredients:
- Boneless fish ½ kg
- Gram flour ½ cup
- Tikka masala 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Oil for frying
- Coal 1
- Ingredients for gravy:
- Onion (boiled & blended) ½ cup
- Tomatoes (boiled & blended) ¾ cup
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Yogurt 2 tbsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Cream 4 tbsp
- Oil 4 tbsp
- Dried fenugreek ½ tsp
- Almond or cashew powder 1 tsp
- Green chili, coriander for garnish
Method:
- Put all ingredients on fish and leave for half an hour.
- Now fry it in oil and take out in dish then give coal smoke.
- Now heat butter and oil in a pan then add boiled and blended onion.
- Add salt, red chili, turmeric, ginger garlic paste and boiled and blended tomatoes then saute it well.
- Add yogurt and saute it.
- Then add cream, cashew powder, dried fenugreek and all spice powder and cook for 5 minutes.
- When it gets cook then put it on fish pieces and garnish with green coriander.
- Now add green chili and cream.
