Fish Tikka Masala

Ingredients:

  • Boneless fish                                     ½ kg
  • Gram flour                                          ½ cup
  • Tikka masala                                       2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste                           1 tbsp
  • Yogurt                                                   2 tbsp
  • Oil                                                           for frying
  • Coal                                                       1
  • Ingredients for gravy:
  • Onion (boiled & blended)            ½ cup
  • Tomatoes (boiled & blended)    ¾ cup
  • Salt                                                         to taste
  • Red chili powder                              1-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric                                              ¼ tsp
  • Yogurt                                                   2 tbsp
  • Butter                                                   2 tbsp
  • Cream                                                   4 tbsp
  • Oil                                                           4 tbsp
  • Dried fenugreek                               ½ tsp
  • Almond or cashew powder         1 tsp
  • Green chili, coriander                     for garnish

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients on fish and leave for half an hour.
  2. Now fry it in oil and take out in dish then give coal smoke.
  3. Now heat butter and oil in a pan then add boiled and blended onion.
  4. Add salt, red chili, turmeric, ginger garlic paste and boiled and blended tomatoes then saute it well.
  5. Add yogurt and saute it.
  6. Then add cream, cashew powder, dried fenugreek and all spice powder and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. When  it gets cook then put it on fish pieces and garnish with green coriander.
  8. Now add green chili and cream.
