Ingredients:
- Chickpeas boiled 250gm
- Yogurt ½ kg
- Gram flour 2tbsp
- Crushed coriander 2tsp
- Crushed cumin 2tsp
- Red chili 2tsp
- Turmeric 1tsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves 6
- Chat masala 1tsp
- Onion 1
- Ginger garlic 2tsp
- Water 2glass
- Green chilies , coriander as required
- Oil ½ cup
- Crushed chilies 1tsp
Method:
- Heat oil and fry onions , now add cumin , coriander.
- Add red chilies , turmeric , crushed chilies , curry leaves and ginger garlic roast well.
- Now add chickpeas and roast , now mix gram flour.
- Add yogurt and water and add this in chickpeas cook 30 min n low flame , when it gets thick dishout.
- Lastly add green chilies , coriander and chat masala and serve.
