Boti Kabab Masala – Lively Weekend

Ingredients:

  • Chicken (cubes) 1/2kg
  • Black Pepper 10
  • Almonds 12
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Red Chili (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Ginger (grounded) 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. In a karahi put chicken cubes, grounded ginger, salt and drain water.
  2. Now add oil and roast.
  3. Then add almonds, black pepper and crushed red chili and let it cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Then serve the boti kabab masala.
