Ingredients:
- Chicken (cubes) 1/2kg
- Black Pepper 10
- Almonds 12
- Oil ½ cup
- Red Chili (crushed) 1 tsp
- Ginger (grounded) 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- In a karahi put chicken cubes, grounded ginger, salt and drain water.
- Now add oil and roast.
- Then add almonds, black pepper and crushed red chili and let it cook for 5 minutes.
- Then serve the boti kabab masala.
