Ingredients:
- Flour 3cups
- Clarified butter ½ cup
- Salt 1tsp
- Icing sugar 1cup
- Semolina 4tbsp
- Milk powder 5tbsp
Method:
- Mix flour , 3tbsp clarified butter salt , sugar , dry milk.
- Add 2cup of water make dough and kneed.
- Now make 8 balls like disc shape and flatten it.
- Now brush with clarified butter , sprinkle semolina , roll and flatten again.
- Now fry it from both sides on high flame.
- Then fry on low flame for 4 to 6 min and serve .
