Ingredients:
- Mix fruits chopped 1 cup
- Dry nuts mix chopped & roasted 1 cup
- Butter 200 gm
- Sugar brown 1/3 cup
- Sugar ¼ cup
- Flour 2 cup
- Baking powder 2 tbsp
- Milk ¼ cup
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
- Ginger powder 1 tsp
- Eggs 3
- Lemon zest 1 lemon
- Vanilla essence 2 tsp
- Almond essence 1 tsp
Method:
- Grease a loaf pan, coat with flour.
- Sieve all dry ingredients. Beat butter and sugar till fluffly.
- Add egg one by one.
- Add zest, essence combine and mix well add yogurt together.
- Fold in flour mixture.
- Mix milk , fruits in flour.
- Fold in batter with mix nuts. Bake on 180 for 45 min.
