Vidalia Onion Sauce by Chef Gulzar

Vidalia Onion Sauce

Ingredients
Finely Chopped Onions 2
Garlic Powder 1 tsp
Crushed Black Pepper ½ tsp
Cream 1 cup
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Hot Sauce ½ cup
Butter 3 tbsp
Olive Oil 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method
Take a cooking pan add 3 tbsp of butter and 1 tsp of oil, heat the oil add finely chopped onions and fry add 1 cup of cream, ½ cup of mayonaise, ½ cup of hot sauce, add to taste salt, 2-3 finely chopped spring onion, ½ tsp of black pepper, and 1 tsp of garlic powder and mix it well. Now take the blender and pour the mixture in a blender to make a paste. At last again pour the sauce in a cooking pan roasted some minutes and take it out in a serving bowl and serve it.
