Chingari Prawn

Ingredients:

  • Prawns                                 300 gm
  • Turmeric                              ½ tsp
  • Salt                                         1 tsp
  • Paprika powder                                1 tsp
  • Ingredients for Masala:
  • Mustard oil                         ½ cup
  • Butter                                   2 tbsp
  • Whole all spice                  as required
  • Chopped onion                 1
  • Chopped ginger garlic    1 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies   2
  • Coconut milk                      ¾ cup
  • Salt                                         as required
  • All spice powder               ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder              1-1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Apply salt, turmeric, and paprika on prawns and left for 15-20 min.
  2. Heat butter add prawns and sauté on high heat.
  3. Heat oil for masala add onion, whole all spice, ginger garlic paste and green chilies fry well.
  4. Add salt, chili, and all spice fry well.
  5. Add coconut milk. Also add prawns cook for 5-6 minute.
  6. Dish out and garnish with green chilies and green coriander.
