Mooli kay Parathay

Ingredients:

  • Parsnip grated                   2 cup
  • Potato peeled                   1
  • Ginger chopped                               1 tbsp
  • Carom                                   1 tsp
  • Chopped green chilies   1 tbsp
  • Salt                                         as required
  • Green coriander               as required
  • Crushed cumin                  1 tsp
  • Ingredient for Dough:
  • Flour                                      2 cup
  • Whole flour                        1 cup
  • Yogurt                                   2 tbsp
  • Oil                                           2 tbsp
  • Salt                                         1 tsp
  • Clarified butter                 for fry

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredient of dough and left for 15 minute.
  2. Mix all ingredient of filling.
  3. Make roll of pedas and fill filling.
  4. Roll again roast hot tawa. Fry in hot ghee.
