Chicken Sausage Chowder

Chicken Sausage Chowder
Ingredients:
Oil 1 tbsp
Sausages (cubed) 2
Onion (chopped) 1
Chicken breast (chopped) 1
Milk 1/2 cup
Potato (cubed) 1
Carrot (cubed) 1
Corn 1 cup
Corn flour 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Method:
Heat oil. Add onions; sauté until translucent. Add chicken and cook till done. Add the sausages and potato next. Add water and milk; allow boiling for 5 minutes. Add carrot and corn. Dissolve corn flour with little cold water, add to the pot. Let chowder simmer until thick and then serve immediately.
