Ingredients:
- Chicken boti ½ kg
- Sliced ginger 3 tbsp
- Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- Chopped tomatoes 3
- Green chilies (cut in lengthwise) 4
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tbsp
- Fresh coriander 3 tbsp
- Oil ½ cup
- Whole coriander 2 tbsp
- Yogurt 1 cup
- Chopped onion 1 medium
Method:
- Heat oil on a tawa. Then add onion and fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Then add garlic and fry for a minute.
- Now add chicken and fry for 4 to 6 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, whole coriander and cumin seeds and fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add yogurt mix, cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes then uncover.
- Add green chilies, black pepper, ginger, fresh coriander and salt then cook on high heat for 5 minutes. Serve hot
