Green Chili Pickle Recipe

Green Chili Pickle
Ingredients:
Green Chillies125 gm
Oil ¾ cup
Salt to taste
Cumin 1 tsp
Nigella Seeds 2 tsp
Crushed Red Chili 1 tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Roasted Crushed Coriander 2 tbsp
Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
Tamarind Pulp ½ cup
Sugar 1 tsp
Method:
• Wash the green chilies and dry them.
• Addin ¾ cup of oil in the pan and stir fry them.
• Add in salt, cumin, nigella seeds, red chili flakes, ¼ tsp turmeric and 1 tbsp cumin.
• Add in tamarind paste and 1 tsp sugar and mix.
• Add in vinegar if wanted.
• In the end, cover and cook till the Masala separates.
