Ingredients:
- Chicken Legs 4
- Yogurt 1-1/2 cup
- Ingredients for Chaat Masala:
- Chili powder 1 tsp
- Black salt 1 tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Fennel seeds 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds 1-1/2 tbsp
- Coriander 1-1/2 tbsp
- Carom seeds 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Tatric acid ¼ tsp
Method:
- In a spice grinder, add all the ingredients of chaat masala and grind to a fine powder.
- In a bowl add chicken, yogurt and chaat masala, mix well and marinate for 2 to 3 hours.
- In a steamer place the chicken and cook on medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes and serve hot.
