Pakora Platter

Ingredients:

  • For gram flour:
  • Gram flour                                          1-1/2 cup
  • Salt                                                         1-1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder                              1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili                              1 tsp
  • Crushed cumin, coriander            1 tbsp
  • Carom seeds                                      ¾ tsp
  • Soda                                                      1/8 tsp
  • Turmeric                                              ½ tsp
  • For pakora:
  • Potato (cut round)                          as required
  • Spinach                                                                8-10 leaves
  • Cottage cheese                                                as required
  • Onion rings                                         as required
  • Finely cut cabbage                           1 cup
  • Green coriander, green chilies   as required
  • Oil                                                           for frying

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients of gram flour then dissolve it with water and leave for ½ an hour.
  2. Now make pakora with potatoes, spinach, onion rings, finely cut cabbage and cottage cheese.
  3. Cut all finely then add green coriander and green chilies mix and make pakoras then serve with chutney.
