Ingredients:
- Chicken mince ½ kg
- Grated potatoes 750 grams
- Oil for frying
- Salt 1 tbsp
- Garlic powder 1 tbsp
- Chili powder 1 tbsp
- Flour 2 cups
- Black pepper 1 tbsp
- Eggs 3
- Oregano 1 tsp
Method:
- In a bowl add potatoes, chicken mince, salt, garlic powder, chili powder.
- Add oregano, black pepper and eggs then mix well.
- Now shape it into a patty coat in flour.
- Now heat oil in a pan and deep fry the patty on medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Remove and serve.
