Ingredients:
- Dried apricot 125 gram
- Plum 125 gram
- Whole red chilies 6
- Curry leaves 4
- Salt ½ tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Crushed red chili ½ tsp
- Vinegar 2 tbsp
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Water 2 cups
Method:
- Soak apricot and plum in 2 cups water for overnight.
- Now remove apricot seeds.
- Now heat oil and fry garlic, curry leaves and whole red chili in it.
- Then add plum, apricot, crushed red chili, salt, vinegar and cumin and cook on medium flame.
- When they get tender then mix them well.
- Now heat oil and fry chicken samosa then serve with chatkhara chatney .
