Beef Malai Kabab
Ingredients:
- Beef ½ kg
- Raw papaya 1tbsp
- Egg 1
- Green chilies 6
- Garlic 6cloves
- Fried onion ½ cup
- Cream ½ cup
- Black pepper 1tsp
- Salt 1tsp
- Red pepper crushed 1tsp
- Oil as required
Method:
- In a grinder beef, raw papaya, green chilies, black pepper.
- Add fried onions, garlic cloves, salt, red pepper crushed and grind till done.
- Now in this blended beef add cream , beaten egg.
- Make small kababs, lastly fry them and serve.
Tikka Boti Shahlik
Ingredients:
- Tikka boti 1packet
- Soya sauce 2tbsp
- Chili sauce 2tbsp
- Red pepper crushed ½ tsp
- Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Tomatoes ground 1cup
- Oil 4tbsp
- Garlic 1tbsp
- Spring onion 250gm
- Brown sugar 1tbsp
- Capsicum 1cup
- Carrots 1cup
- Cabbage 1cup
Method:
- Heat oil sauté garlic , now fry tikka botis and add sauces.
- Now add the remaining spices , lastly add veggies and serve.
