Ingredients;
Boneless Chicken Breasts 4
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder ½ tsp
Black Pepper ½ tsp
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Eggs 2
Crumbs 1 cup
Green Coriander 1 tsp
Green Chilies 2
Method:
• Hammer the chicken fillets
• Add in ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp red chili, ½ tsp black pepper, lemon juice and salt. Mix and marinate for an hour.
• Take some oil in the frying pan, dip fillets in egg and coat them with bread crumbs.
• Shallow Fry for 6-7 mins.
