Ginger Paste Chopped Garlic Finely Chopped Onion Soya Sauce Vinegar Lemon Juice Chili Sauce Brown Sugar Ginger (Sliced) Oil Salt |
3 tbsp 4-5 1 2 tbsp 2 tbsp ½ cup 2 tbsp 1 tbsp 1 tsp 1 tbsp to taste

Recipe Method
Take a cooking pan add 1 tbsp of cooking oil, heat the oil add 4-5 finely chopped garlic cloves fry then add 3 tbsp of ginger paste stir fry add 1 finely chopped onion. Now add 2 tbsp of soya sauce, 2 tbsp of vinegar, 2 tbsp of chili sauce and to taste salt mix it well in a high flame and stir fry. At last add ½ cup of lemon juice, 1 tbsp of brown sugar mix it well, now take it out in a serving bowl and serve it.
