Bread Poha Vegetarian Recipe

Brown Bread Bengal Gram (Hard Boil) Boiled Potatoes Finely Chopped Onion Garlic Paste Crushed Green Chilies Turmeric Powder Coriander Powder Red Chili Powder Crushed Black Pepper Finely Chopped Coriander Olive Oil Salt |
8- 10 ½ cup 4 1 1 tbsp 2-3 1 tbsp ½ tsp 2 tbsp ½ tsp ½ bunch 1-2 tbsp to taste |
Method:
Take 8-10 bread slices toast it on oven or tawa pan and make it crispy and cut the cubes. Take a cooking pan add 1-2 tbsp of olive oil, add 1 finely chopped onion add 1 tbsp of garlic paste and fry. Now add ½ cup of hard boiled Bengal gram mix it well till its brown then add 1 tbsp of turmeric powder , 2-3 finely chopped green chilies, 2 tbsp of red chili powder, ½ tsp of coriander powder and ½ tsp of crushed black pepper, mix it well and roasted. Now add 4 boiled potatoes and add as required salt mix it. Now add bread cubes mix it well take it out in a serving dish and garnish with ½ bunch of coriander and serve it.
