Ingredients:

  • All Purpose Flour      2 cups
  • Yeast                 tbsp
  • Sesame Seeds      -2-3 tbsp
  • Sugar       1 sugar
  • Butter    1 cup
  • Salt    to taste

Method:

  1. Take a luke warm water add 1 tbsp of yeast add 1 tsp of sugar mix it well and leave it for 15 minutes
  2. when the yeast mixture is raised take a mixing bowl add 2 cups of all purpose flour add to taste
  3. now add 1 cup of butter mix it well with milk or water to make a dough and leave it 2-3 hours.
  4. Take it out the dough and make a small balls roll the thick dough with the help of fork mark on the dough and sprinkle the sesame seeds.
  5. Now place the oven proof dish and bake it for 8-10 minutes on 200C bake it until it’s brushing with 2-3 tbsp of butter and bake it 1-2 minutes.
  6. At last take it out in a serving platter and serve it.
