Mix Sabzi Recipe
Ingredients:
Potatoes ½ kg
Fenugreek Leaves 250 gms
Carrots 250 gms
Ocra ½ kg
Green Peas ½ kg
Tomatoes 2
Fried Onions ½ cup
Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Red Chilies 2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder ½ tsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Oil ½ cup
Method:
• In a pan, add potatoes, carrots, green peas, ocra fry and take it out.
• In a blender, blended yogurt, fried onions and tomatoes.
• Now heat oil add blended masala, add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, salt, red chilies, garam masala powder and fry well.
• Add fried vegetables, fenugreek leaves let it simmer for 10 minutes.
• Mix Subzi is ready.
